Step back in time with
us as we cruise the canals of Great Britain. You'll
relish the unhurried pace as we explore the villages
along the canal, have meals at local pubs, and enjoy
the scenery.
The Llangollen Canal starts quietly
in the Cheshire pastureland with a sprinkling of
locks and lift bridges before rising towards the
Welsh border and the superb Chirk aqueduct.
We'll cover a variety of scenic
terrain from the Plains of Shropshire to the hills
and vales of Wales. The route we've chosen will
take us through rural townships and farmlands. Our
boats come with kitchens, central heating, bedding,
hot & cold running water and toilets. During the
day you can stay on board and help steer through
the canals or wander the path which follows our
route and scout out local pubs and shops.
